Description:

Summary: Responsible for leading Program Management efforts across the Tableau Partner Network. Responsible for meeting the business objectives, growth goals, and evolution of TPN. Will manage several interconnected and cross-functional projects or initiatives in the execution of TPN. Relevant Experience: 5-10 years in a consulting type of functions or organizations leading business/technology programs
Critical Needs
Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations and corresponding change mgmt. programs
Experience in managing large-scale Business Programs, projects and deployments of systems to support programs
Displayed deep expertise in channel or partner programs in B2B
Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple functions associated with the areas of program rollout engineering, business leaders, and business operations
Ability to lead in an x-matrix climate and lead all aspects of project delivery
Strong project mgmt. skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective delivery of multiple project components (business + operational) related to ecosystem programs
Manage the activities of 15+ people across various teams to achieve strategic goals
Oversee dependencies and remove obstacles that pose a risk to program success across multiple functional organizations and project teams
Anticipate issues and risks that may jeopardize program success and define solutions to mitigate risks
Facilitate healthy relationships across program teams with diverse technical & non-technical roles
Influence stakeholders and program participants through relationships skills
