  Responsibilities: Develop new features for web applications using JavaScript and Python Code review other engineers' code to help catch potential bugs and learn more about Minerva engineering practices. Participate in team meetings by providing feedback and ideas for organizational improvement as well as sharing interesting technical learning. Manage application deployments and troubleshoot issues if and when they pop up. Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of experience Flexible: Capable of working on multiple types of codebases Focused: Delivers results within a given timeframe without going down rabbit holes Curious: Strong desire to learn new things Open-minded: Not averse to re-evaluating their position Take ownership: Feels responsible for the code they write Strong communication: Can convey technical info to a technical and non-technical audience, strong writing skills for technical documentation Collaborative: Works well in a team-based environment with a delegation of responsibilities
