Job Title: Program Manager

Mode: Long term temporary (potential to convert at some point)

Pay rate - $35

Location: Remote

Profile: graduate with 5-7 years of project administration experience, preferably in social services, child development or related fields, but flexible.
Will support two programs so must be able to multi-task, work within tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, solid technology skills (Project management tool, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proven project management skills.

Job Description: Program Manager

Tasks:

Develop documents supporting consistent processes for both internal and external communication and function

Track training, training products, and product deliverables to include coordinating with other national centers, project faculty, consultants and staff to ensure deliverables and trainings are completed according to the established timelines.

Manage the implementation of assigned projects with a focus on work planning and timely delivery of deliverables.

Oversee, participate and lead recurring and ad hoc internal project-related meetings and events.
Provide updates and guidance as required.

Participate in Center-sponsored meetings assuming various roles of project staff, e.
g.
presenter, facilitator, moderator, recorder as requested.

The Program Manager will manage consultants and vendors as may be required by the team to enhance teaching, training and materials development and ensuring that contracts, purchase orders and invoicing of third parties are managed in accordance with all policies and procedures.

Provide overall guidance to the Program Assistant in coordination with the Project Director for all tasks.

Work with technical staff and Project Director to identify and develop resources (i.
e.
video narratives, toolkits, webinars) to further project aims.

Assists the Project Director/PI in conceptualization and preparation of significant portions of report writing and grant preparation to include tracking deliverables, coordination of evaluation data and other statistics and relevant information as required.

Support the collection and analysis of data and develop written reports in collaboration with the Project Director and Evaluation lead.

Responsible for monthly reports and quarterly reports of the project's progress.

Contribute to the dissemination and/or marketing of presentations and products through electronic networks, publications, and social media as appropriate.

Skills and Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certification:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem solving and the ability to work well both collaboratively and independently.
Strong organizational, management, conceptual and analytical skills.
Computer skills using data communication and webinar technology.
Knowledge of state and community service delivery systems and current federal directions.
Knowledge of early childhood mental health and early care and education and Head Start preferred.

Academic Level:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the Human Services, Public Policy or Social Sciences fields or related field.
5+ years of experience in coordinating/managing within an organization.
Knowledge of/experience with the field of child health or mental health field preferable.
