Program test Manager Apply
JD:
- Manage the quality team comprising mix of legacy CGX and new development functional and automation testers who will collaboratively work with other PODs
- Implement best practices and quality standards within the team such as
- Alignment with enterprise standards & guidelines
- Improving team collaboration between new development and Legacy team for asset sharing
- Retrospections and Continuous improvements
- Test Impact Matrix for cross project impacts
- Heat map analysis to identify defect prone area
- Analytics reporting to improve test Automation execution productivity
- Drive the automation team which includes
- Legacy automation team which has Selenium based suites (Smoke, Regression, BVT)
- TOSCA based automation in Salesforce (Good to have)
- Continue to deliver CI CD based client goals
