Description:
Strategy & Business Development Work

As a project associate, you will work with external business partners to implement strategic partnership initiatives
You will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, interviewing stakeholders, and contributing to the team's recommendations.

You will learn structured problem-solving and communication.

You will produce analytical spreadsheets as well as PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate ideas, processes, and recommendations.

You will learn to develop and improve business processes to save time and increase accuracy.


Contracting Support
You will learn to create, manage, and archive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) agreements, new vendor agreements, and reference site contract agreements
You will complete ASTAR reporting, as appropriate
You will drive these contracts through the compliance approval process
You will manage KOL customer invoicing and billing
You will submit sponsorships to the Healthcare Giving Portal

Required skills to have for the success of this role
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in project management or in an executive admin role
You will need to be a self-starter, be extremely proactive, and constantly look for ways to add value in every situation
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done
