Project Controller Raleigh NC Apply
Job Description:
Financial execution of construction projects including creating sale orders and setting up project in SAP, revenue recognition, invoicing and payment terms, maintenance of project costs, securities, taxes and insurance requirements
Project Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting of financial status for portfolio of dedicated projects
Commercial support of tender activities, leading commercial aspects of tender preparation up to bid submission and post bid follow up
Ensures the accuracy of project books and records and their compliance with financial guidelines
Support the Technical Project Manager in project steering /contract negotiations, accounting, development of strategies or solutions
Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
Supports pre-and/or post sales implementation and operation of customer solutions.
Issues company s invoices in SAP according to GAAP guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.
Required & Preferred Experience & Education:
Bachelor Degree required
3-5 years professional experience required
Understanding of GAAP and IFRS, strong skills in PC applications, Microsoft Office, as well as strong analytical skills
Work independently, capable at multitasking and meeting deadlines; great team player and open to learn
3-5 years Commercial Project Management Experience preferred
SAP Experience a PLUS
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management or equivalent training and experience preferred
