This particular role sits within the GMO (Global Markets Operations) group and will focus on a strategic projects delivering significant automation change for our Global Markets and Global Market Operations stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a growing team who are focused on ensuring all process automation solutions are adhering to our enterprise change and governance policies. Our Program is tasked with the execution of an emerging technology portfolio which varies in capability from RPA, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools to Machine Learning platforms. The successful candidate will be involved with Process Automation use cases post a use case being validated by our business analysts and automation leads. Their role will be to ensure all enterprise change permits are successfully completed prior to any deployment of code to production. A key aspect of the role is to understand per Line of Business all use cases that are live, active, being validated or rejected in order to provide a full Process Automation picture for Senior Executive within the Process Automation Program and GBAM Ops. We are building a team with a mind-set that prioritizes automation, quality engineering and teamwork. We have an established agile organization culture in which all change is delivered by groups of small, multi-skilled teams. Responsibilities:   As a member of Process Automation team within Global Markets Initiatives, responsibilities will include the following: • Support the new Process Automation program in the Bank, work independently to ensure our detailed go-live run book/task list is understood and completed without exception • Manage and execute deliverables specific to the region as well as Global deliverables, with reporting both locally and into the Global Program. • Communication skills will be heavily utilized in forming and communicating a change agenda and gaining stakeholder buy-in. • Partner closely with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Central PMO and Enterprise Change partners to implement automation solutions. • Collate and communicate regular status updates per Use Case and per Line of Business Portfolio • Escalate early to Automation and Program Leads if there is any delay in obtaining required change permits Requirements:   • Detailed Knoweldge and understanding of Enterprise Change Standards • 5+ years Project Management Experience • Ability to work independently • Good understanding of financial products, basic IT infrastructure and Middle Office / Back Office processes & procedures • Provide high quality management updates and chair important discussions with Ops and Tech • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills. • Ability to understand the automation being implemented within a specific process • Intellectually curious Other Qualifications:   • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward • Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change. • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base • Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world
