Project Manager JOS1993 - MA
Starting base salary $75 - 150K

Responsibilities
- Constantly review processes to ensure the highest quality of all our products and the best customer experience possible.
Processes include: verifying dimensions prior to fabrication, generating custom accessory quantity takeoffs, reviewing vendor delivery performance, specifying vendor delivery dates, and performing project audits upon completion.

- Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors while providing outstanding customer service.
Maintain ongoing communication, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
Build relationships that will help you attract and retain potential customers throughout the project.

- Take pride in supervising each millwork project and ensuring flawless and exquisite results.
Conducting job site reviews with the installers to address any issues.
Ensure all documentation is properly entered into the database by paying close attention to detail.

- Create accurate estimates on a regular basis, keep track of costs, review architectural drawings, requisition materials, confirm order placement, monitor the shop fabrication process, and coordinate team meetings.

- Direct and oversee all phases of the project, coordinating with the customer and all internal departments, using your superior leadership skills.

- Ensure that each project is completed smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in millwork or a related industry
- Ability to interpret architectural, and design drawings, and take field measurements
- Knowledge about architectural woodworking materials, methods, standards, and millwork production
