Role: RPA Business Analyst Location: Huston, TX - (Soon it will be 3 days a week, so local) Responsibilities Automation Business analyst to work on one or more of the following areas of automation like RPA, ML, Conversational AI, BPM automation Engage with the Business Users to build Requirement Tracebility matrices, Process Mapping documents , Flowcharts with Vizio or similar tools Manual Collection of Automation KPI metrics like Volume, AHT, FTE, Peak volumes Learn and work on Process discovery or Automated Task mining tools Work with development and testing teams to enable the development of automations Hands-On Sytem ,User Acceptance testing and post production validation. Recommend & perform process re-engineering Should independently be able to Present business case, Status and impediments to Senior Management and leadership Qualification Criteria: 7+ years of Business Analysis experience 2+ Years Experience working on automation projects 2+ years in Utilities domain ( preferably Power Utitily) Must have experience working in Automation Anywhere, Uipath or Blueprism projects Excellent Documentation Communication, Conflict resolution, stakeholder management Skills. Team Player who can adjust to cultures and personalities Leader who can take ownership of his own deliverables.Not someone who is a mere instruction taker. Forward thinker who can add value to the role by forecasting possible impediments and recommending ideal solutions Well versed both in business and technology ( mostly automation) Good to have experience in Agile methodology.
