Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><u><b><span>Required Skills</span></b></u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar related degree.</li> <li><span>5+ Years experience with strong Python development.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of at least one Python web frameworks such as Flask, Django, Flask, etc.</span></li> <li><span>Strong knowledge of developing REST APIs using Python.</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.</span></li> <li><span>Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.</span></li> <li><span>Good understanding of server-side templating languages.</span></li> <li><span>Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.</span></li> <li><span>Working knowledge of JSON.</span></li> <li><span>Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.</span></li> <li><span>Strong unit test and debugging skills.</span></li> <li><span>SQL backend knowledge (Oracle).</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of CI/CD.</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of Openshift containers.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u><b>Desired Skills</b></u></p> <ul> <li><span>Financial Services industry experience</span></li> <li><span>Previous BOFA experience</span></li> <li><span>React JS</span></li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
