Job Description:-
Summary of Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sr. QA Engineer for our AI/ML team that works on AI/ML technologies, tools, and big data sets. This team's mission is to automate data extraction from the various type of documents of the mortgage industry. By automating key steps in the loan process, our product increases productivity, saves costs, and ensures compliance. The Sr. QA Engineer will be responsible for the development, delivery, and execution of testing, including test automation for our AI/ML platform and tools.
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Interact with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers for requirements
- Design and execute functional and nonfunctional tests for modules, components, and services of the Product.
- Design and execute test cases for regression, performance, and load tests
- Design and execute scenarios for end-to-end testing.
- Design and develop automated test framework and scripts for testing and deployment validations
- Support Operations for deploying/installing the software in pre/production environments and provide post-deployment testing.
- Participate in the decision-making of product readiness for production.
- Work with your peers and development team to constantly improve the testability of projects in your area of responsibility
- Track and provide visibility on test coverage, test progress, and defects.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as QA Engineer or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in hands-on test development in two or more programming languages or other applicable skills, such as JAVA, JavaScript, C#, Python, .NET, etc.
- In-depth experience with agile testing methodology and a good understanding of Product and Engineering Processes.
- Team player with strong communications skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills to address complex technical problems
- Experience with REST API Testing and automation
- Experience with automation on Web UI testing or Mobile web app testing experience using Selenium
- Experience testing with AWS services, Kafka or Kinesis is preferred
- Experience in Python is a big advantage.
- Experience in testing products with ML/AI components is an added advantage.
