QA Specialist
Pay Rate: $28.37/HR
8am-5pm

Cortech is seeking a QA Specialist in Buffalo Grove, IL.


Main Purpose of Role
•Support in-process and final product release for high volume medical device product
•Drive release schedule to aggressive timelines, working cross-functionally with ADC and TPM resources
•Support active resolution for production issues (i.e. nonconformances and CAPAs)
•Support audit and inspection readiness activities
•Ensure that all communication, interpersonal interactions and business behaviors are consistent


Main Responsibilities
Final Release Group
•Approval and Release: Support the activities to review batch records, compile the Device History Record and approval of
in-process product and finished goods for all product lines.
•Nonconformance Resolution: Support nonconformance investigations, drive to root cause, implement corrective actions.
Familiarity with CAPA and nonconformance processes required.
•Process Improvement Initiatives: Review current product release processes and develop improvement plans to ensure
efficient and effective product release
