Location: Bedford/Framingham, MA

How will you make an impact?

The QA Technician reviews manufacturing records and quality control data to assist with the batch record release process.
This role performs quality assurance related functions independently, including but not limited to records review, product release, and document filing.
You will act as a liaison between teams to resolve product quality deviations and facilitate release of product to customers.
You will work within a safety and compliance driven culture to maintain requirements according to EH&S and ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve production and quality control batch records.
    Perform Batch Release in compliance with internal SOPs

  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Manage time effectively in order to support the QA team

  • Must be flexible in order to meet the needs of Operations

  • Collaborate, communicate and work effectively with multiple teams on issues that arise related to product quality and/or procedural compliance

  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing and QC regarding observations, deviations, corrections needed as a result of the review of records

  • Support activities within the Quality Management System as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from accredited college/university preferred.
    Preferred Science or Engineering Degree

  • 1-2 years experience in a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Quality standards and Good Documentation Practices (e.
    g.
    ISO 9001, ISO 13485)

  • Ability to work independently, self- motivated, adaptable, quick learner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to Detail
