QE Program/Project Manager /Location Phoenix, AZ Mandatory from day one/ No of positions 3 Experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes Experience in developing test strategies and leading all aspects of software testing and defect management Effective written skills and ability to document automation, test harnesses, coding principles & standards Mentor and lead large team of size of 15+ members Oversees interdependencies between interfacing technologies and their support teams Influences and drives engineering strategy. Participates with internal & external organizations to drive continuous improvement Challenge, draw conclusions, and anticipate problems & resolution strategies Oversees highly complex, cross functional projects independently at a cross portfolio level in multiple domains. Communicates concepts, action plans crisply Responsible for building and maintaining highly visible and scalable automation frameworks that use all the modern framework paradigms, techniques and tools 12-15 years of test team management experience Excellent knowledge of creating test cases and test reports 13. Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira Decent experience of working with source control tools like GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket etc Good communication and articulation skills Hands-on experience using Selenium
