Quality Assurance Analyst Apply

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field, Master's preferred
Required Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing for web/mobile applications
- Experience with multiple layers of testing environment (UAT, Production)
- Experience writing and executing test plans and test cases
- Experience with testing web-based software and RESTful API services
- Strong proficiency in SQL: query, insert, update, join
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with defect management tools (Jira, Bugzilla or similar applications)
- Able to take lead on projects from the test case creation/execution through the production rollout while managing deadlines and resources
- Attention to detail for proof-reading, content and email rollouts
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Nice to have
- Software testing certifications (ISTQB, QAI)
- Programming skills (Python, Java)
- Experience in automation testing with Selenium (Python test framework)
Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of testing work products - test plans, test cases, requirements traceability matrices, data mapping, and defect management
- Software test execution and delivery for desktop, mobile and data applications
- Convert complex business requirements and use cases to test plans and test cases
- End-to-end functional and system testing
- Perform cross browser testing for websites
- Query databases using SQL to validate for data accuracy
- Perform RESTful API testing via client HTTP tools
