Cor-tech is hiring Quality Control staff 's for our client in Northfield, VT. If you are looking to get into a company that make VT products and is growing apply today for your interview.

2nd shift: Pay $16, Hours: M-F 2:45PM - 11 PM
3rd shift: Pay $19.20, Hours: Sun night 10:45 PM - Friday at 7 am

401K, promotions from within your role and into other roles, yearly wage increases just to name a few.

Quality Control Primary Responsibilities
• Maintaining quality standards on the production floor
• Performing visual sock inspection procedures, to detect and verify potential defects, throughout the knitting production area.
• Be a trusted resource for quality decisions and policies.
• Reading and responding to quality notifications and reports from the finishing operations.
• Maintaining good communication with both the quality, knitting and finishing teams.
• Maintaining good communication with technicians to assist them with quality issues.
• Producing daily reports or communications as needed, relating to quality issues and resolutions.
• Assist with knitter defect training as needed.
• Other related duties as required.


Quality Control Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment with various personality types to get the work done.
• Demonstrated track record of reliable and punctual attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.


Quality Control Working Conditions:
• Manufacturing environment – exposure to machinery, noise and other adverse conditions for extended periods of time depending on the role
• Flexible nature to manage competing and changing priorities.
