1st Shift
Experience: 3-5 years professional experience. Education: High School diploma required.
1+ years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of or exposure to quality systems for medical devices, preferred.
• Prior experience in working in a manufacturing or warehouse related environment,
preferred.

• Responsible for timely creation and processing of nonconforming records for nonconforming material within the warehouse.
• Assists with delivery hold execution and may lead some hold activities as directed.
• Responsible to meet departmental metrics.
• Assists with maintenance of daily management boards and data presented.
• Support lean initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement and complete QEKs.
• Escalates issues to direct manager.
• May generate departmental metrics and report to management.
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues for direct area of responsibility.
• The required level of know how is typically vocational, combined with knowhow of specific products, procedures and applications.
• Has developed proficiency through education, specialized training and experience.
• Activities are aimed at execution of own tasks where exchange of information is of
importance.
• The job assignments are not always complete and leaves some scope for own
interpretation.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and procedures.
• Computer use proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and complete multiple assignments on time.
• Technical writing, communication, and organizational, interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations related to warehouse and distribution preferred.
• Manufacturing process knowledge preferred.
• Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Repetitive assignments, little variation.
• The existing procedures give direction on process requirements and indicate a processing sequence.
• Identifies the problem and some relevant issues in non straightforward situations,
assesses each, using standard procedures, and co-decides on improvements.

• Completes work with limited autonomy.
• Operates within standardized ways of working and procedures with intermediate supervision.
• Needs adequate freedom to act to determine HOW to solve common issues.
• Sets priorities for own work based on general guidelines.
• The level of support influences the output of the relevant department.
