What you'll be up to:

We are looking to add a team member located in or near Wilmington Ohio who is passionate about making our world better.
The Quality Manager is responsible for identifying quality gaps, implementing reporting processes in order to track quality improvements, enhance current systems, define and prioritize high-value quality projects and manage projects to completion.
The incumbent is relied upon for authoritative guidance in developing processes and verifying adherence to standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead Quality Assurance Team to develop, implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) applicable to all our facility locations

Analyzes the validity and accuracy of information through situational awareness and data assessment.

Work with local facility location managers to help train employees on applicable QMS processes

Lead Quality Assurance Team to develop, implement and maintain a critical supplier quality qualification program and corresponding quality audit program

Obtain formal internal audit certification for ISO 13485:2016

Work collaboratively with finance to handle the capital expenditures (repairs) and replacement of vehicles when needed.

Perform internal quality audits at local facilities and satellite locations, as

Reporting on QMS performance to top management of

Work with OEMs to define and ensure compliance with their QMS requirements

Additional duties, as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Sets priorities and assigns responsibilities for direct reports.

Directly supervises all employees in assigned region and carries out Managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Over-see Quality team responsibility for facilities management, which include addressing structural or facility process concerns or issues with compliance to all state, federal regulated agencies and company policies

Performs assigned associates' annual performance evaluations.

Responsible for addressing and resolving complaints from associates and customers.

Conduct recognition activities and performance management activities.

Assures scheduling and calendar accuracy to promote team productivity.

What we're looking for:

Four-year degree in finance, economics, marketing, business or mathematics preferred and at least one year of experience in quality data management.

1-year experience leading team, work group

2 years' experience conducting audits contributing to ISO qualification

4 years quality system-related experience

Possess formal knowledge and training on ISO standards, as applicable: 9001:2015, 13485:2016 and 17025:2017

Working knowledge of the internet, computers in general, and Microsoft Office Suite Professional and be fluent in Word, Excel and Power Point.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.

Detail oriented and problem solving and research skills and understand the importance and benefits of data quality.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and possess strong customer service skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While the position entails traditional work in an office environment, as required the Quality Manager will be working onsite at various facilities in a non-traditional office environment.

Ability to travel nationally up to 70%
