Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead data systems, analysis, and reporting efforts for Talent Acquisitions Operations

• Dashboard ownership, Management & Integration

• Maintain and influence Data integrity

• Project Manage special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings

• Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish reporting vision and priorities

• Define project scope, requirements, and goals

• Develop proposals in partnership with TA Ops Leadership to gain approval for system related project schedule, budget, and staffing

• Implement changes (System & Culture), train and ensure end-user adoption

• Build project team

• Balance project roles and project members workload/ respective deliverables

• Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers and ability to embrace digital tools and technology to enhance your sourcing efforts, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning

• Use business data, technology and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of senior candidates to hiring managers and sell the company to passive and active talent

• Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately during the recruitment cycle/process

Talents Needed For Success:

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in data related field with at least 5 years of project management.

• Technical expertise in reporting capabilities within available tools – Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Warehouse, SQL Server, Excel / Visual Basic, Oracle Recruiter, Windows Task Scheduler Automation.2

• Technical expertise with programming in an analytical language which can used to extend Power BI functionality (Python or R)

• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
