Overall, this person will be involved in the day-to-day support of survey projects.</p> <p><strong>Internship Duties and Details:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Skill Development, in the areas of:</li> <li>Survey research methods</li> <li>Multivariate data analysis</li> <li>Literature review</li> <li>Business and academic writing</li> <li>Presentation skills</li> <li>Project management</li> <li>General business acumen</li> <li>Project Support Duties</li> <li>Conduct SPSS analysis</li> <li>Perform quality assurance</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and conceptualization of Executive Presentations</li> <li>Research Duties</li> <li>Develop in-house training protocols</li> <li>Conduct background research related to attitude surveys and constructs of interest (e.g., Employee Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Life Cycle)</li> <li>Collaborate on SIOP papers and symposia</li> <li>Present on topics of interest at 2 of the consulting meetings</li> <li>Meetings</li> <li>Weekly meeting with mentor</li> <li>Bimonthly team meeting with project team</li> <li>Monthly consultant meetings</li> <li>Mentor</li> <li>Each intern will be paired with a consultant</li> <li>Mentor will be primary contact and responsible for</li> <li>Directing work</li> <li>Providing Mentoring/Training</li> </ul> <p><strong>Student Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education</li> <li>Ph.D., 2 or more years of study completed</li> <li>Preferable Psychology Major Undergrad</li> <li>At least 1 graduate level Statistics class</li> <li>Skills</li> </ul> <ul type="circle"> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills</li> <li>Detailed oriented</li> <li>Skilled in time management and problem solving</li> <li>Ability to work independently and multitask</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint</li> <li>Strong team player</li> <li>Professional, On Time and Reliable</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Writing</li> <li>Literature review</li> <li>Moderate statistics (advanced statistics and SPSS highly desirable)</li> <li>Experience Desirables</li> <li>Survey Experience</li> <li>Applied Experience<em> </em></li> </ul>
