Client has been featured in Forbes, CBS, TechCrunch, and other major publications. </p> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p> <p>This is an amazing opportunity for a hands-on leader who is excited about being a part of an innovative recruiting/staffing company that is transforming the industry.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A "player-coach," who will be able to lead the Account Management team while also managing some of the key accounts</li> <li>Ensure that all account management personnel meet or exceed all activity and KPI standards</li> <li>Manage client delivery, achieve targets and growth objectives for the company</li> <li>Ability to manage client relationship at all levels, including growth through new job farming activities, client referrals and prospecting.</li> <li>Participate and lead Client calls, meetings, QBR</li> <li>Be a "Brand Ambassador" for the company and represent company at industry events and trade shows</li> <li>Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of hands-on leadership experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry</li> <li>Entrepreneurial with the ability to understand challenges and find a way to solve them using a variety of tactics and tools.</li> <li>Proven track record in providing recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers</li> <li>Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry</li> <li>Minimum Bachelor's degree</li> <li>Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Base Salary</li> <li>Great Commission structure</li> <li>Health & Dental Insurance</li> </ul>
