JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an amazing opportunity for a hands-on leader who is excited about being a part of an innovative recruiting/staffing company that is transforming the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A "player-coach," who will be able to lead the Account Management team while also managing some of the key accounts
  • Ensure that all account management personnel meet or exceed all activity and KPI standards
  • Manage client delivery, achieve targets and growth objectives for the company
  • Ability to manage client relationship at all levels, including growth through new job farming activities, client referrals and prospecting.
  • Participate and lead Client calls, meetings, QBR
  • Be a "Brand Ambassador" for the company and represent company at industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on leadership experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry
  • Entrepreneurial with the ability to understand challenges and find a way to solve them using a variety of tactics and tools.
  • Proven track record in providing recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers
  • Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
