Qualifications: General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for?an IT Mobility Lead (Sr Adv IT Project Spec 1).? This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's core defense/intelligence services and systems.? General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.  The Mobility Lead will report to the IT Manager for Virtual and Mobility services and will partner with leading edge technologists and business leaders to identify opportunities where innovative mobile solutions can be applied to solve complex business challenges. This position provides an opportunity to shape the direction, future, and strategy of mobility for a cutting-edge technology company.    REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:  Utilize a deep understanding of the mobility landscape to establish a clear and compelling vision for continuously improving the effectiveness of the organization's mobile capabilities.  Act as a mobility spokesperson / evangelist and help establish a "mobile first" development and solutions mindset.   Establish and maintain a roadmap for mobile services and capabilities for GDMS.  Set the product roadmap(s), and drive value realization by translating the voice of the customer into capabilities and / or product features.  Manage and prioritize initiatives, working with business partners and/or IT to determine requirements, definition, scope, timeline   Leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems for IT and/or internal customers.  Proactively engage with business stakeholders at all levels – including regular engagement with business and IT leadership teams.  Identify opportunities for the application of mobile solutions by working directly with GDMS business peers.   Serve as the voice of the customer – translating business needs into fully developed user stories.  Partner with IT SMEs to accelerate our business delivery,?drive employee productivity and engagement/satisfaction, through the identification of mobile moments (use cases) and technical solutions that optimize those use cases/workloads.   Develop a deep understanding of the GDMS business and existing applications to assist in determining how mobile solutions can be applied to gain operational efficiency or solve complex business challenges.   Shape the strategy for the convergence of traditional mobile technologies and workspace technologies – into a future of powerful edge computing for information access/processing.  Establish routine communications and training / adoption programs around mobile services and capabilities.   Assess emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and potential partnerships with the understanding of how to adapt these to the organization's mobility needs.  Establish a standardized and repeatable process for adding new mobile capabilities.  Collaborate with GDMS User Experience UX team to ensure mobility solutions offer rich, interactive, user focused experiences.  Develop testing strategies which will deliver a consistent user experience on mobile platforms  Provide mentoring and task instructions to a small team of mobile platform administrators  Assist in creation of development plans and performance reviews of other team members when needed   Qualifications / Experience: Experience identifying mobile solutions to solve business challenges.  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a technical discipline or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience documenting functional and technical requirements for new mobile solutions or enhancements to existing solutions. Experience translating requirements to user stories.   Strong understanding of agile principles and experience working with agile product teams in a complex and matrixed organization.  Understanding of software development, and proficiency with related agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.  Experience in organizational change management principles including leading change; building a coalition; anticipating resistance to change; designing / implementing appropriate strategies; institutionalizing change  Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) standards and industry best practices around mobile device support automation, processes, and overall mobile device management  Knowledge & experience with mobile related products/applications such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Azure Application Proxy, and Lookout for Work  Knowledge of cyber security best practices and principles. Familiarity with cyber and compliance requirements specific to the defense industry (CMMC, NIST, etc..)  Knowledge of the Identity and Access Management principles and services (authentication, SSO Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint).  In-depth knowledge of Apple iOS and Android operating systems  Experience with integrating mobile platforms and apps with cloud-based architecture and services in Microsoft Azure  Comprehensive understanding of mobile development lifecycle  Experience collaborating with product owners, business analysts, designers, developers, architects, UX, and other stakeholders  Strong understanding of technology enabled business, digital and organizational transformations, delivering enterprise IT and Digital projects  Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment  Exceptional oral/written communications, presentation development & stakeholder management skills  Extensive expertise in key digital principles, including human-centered design, prototyping and agile delivery in a complex environment  History of delivering innovative solutions  Strategic understanding of current and emerging mobile trends  Demonstrated ability to communicate and motivate transformational change to both technical and nontechnical audiences  Detail?oriented; possesses ability to exercise independent judgment and works independently with limited supervision  May be required to travel
