REMOTE Senior Manager 2, Business Analytics Apply

Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager 2, Business Analytics to oversee financial data and reporting in the Business Analytics & Decision Support Center of Expertise team supporting Healthcare and Seniors segments. In this exciting and highly visible new role, you will act as a Visionary in developing and implementing financial databases, data collection, data analytics and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and quality of our reporting capabilities. This is a remote role where the successful candidate can home office from anywhere in the United States. The successful candidate will: Streamline reporting & processes for both Hospitals & Seniors during all FP&R cycles including month-end close, strategic planning, forecast/budget activities, and Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews Collaborate with Center of Excellence Reporting/Master Data Management (MDM) team to automate manual reporting for segment and/or enhance existing reporting structure to gain visibility and transparency Oversee all segment level financial activities including reporting and forecasting Support the segment level budget build-up process for business assumptions, KPIs, etc. Assist in managing the collection and consolidation of data from the segment teams to support all requirements during annual budget, strategic planning and quarterly forecasting processes Provide financial and analytical support for both segments to assist in financial decision-making process.
