The Senior Software Asset Management Specialist is responsible for functioning as the first point of contact regarding inquiries related to licensure agreements, terms of contracts, maintenance/service schedules/cost, and all other information related to IT software asset management. You'll enter and maintain all required data in the IT Asset Management System in a timely and accurate fashion and administer and/or provide support for Asset Management tools. We'll depend on you to track and analyze data to assist in monitoring the costs associated with software usage, purchases/true-up (reconciliation with licensing agreement) requirements and maintenance. What you'll experience: Technologies that aren't just top-notch, they're often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what's next Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it's discovered What you bring to the table: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. IT, Procurement or Project Management experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment Solid knowledge of Asset Inventory and Management system, IT asset management processes, and software licensing models, terms and conditions What sets you apart: Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task STRONG Analytical Skills using Excel Contract review knowledge a plus Commitment to ongoing professional development Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
