For over 25 years, Tryfacta has provided workforce services and solutions for Healthcare, Admin, and Information Technologies. We are looking for RN Case Manager/ Utilization Review to work at a University hospital located in the heart of Syracuse, NY.
RN Case Manager/ Utilization Review Responsibilities and Duties:
A RN case manager is a registered nurse who works in a specialized manner to organize patient care and treatment. RN case managers essentially act as a liaison between the patient, doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure the treatment plan is satisfactory for everyone involved.
RN Case Manager/ Utilization Review Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience (within past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as Hospital.
RN Case Manager/ Utilization Review Requirements:
- Certified in BLS and able to be recertified
- Current New York State Registration.
- Experience with an EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred.
