*Possibility of extension/conversion*

The Role:

The Reassignment Agent team within the Property & Title department facilitates a smooth and timely contract transfer by serving as a resource for the seller, buyer, escrow/title, and real estate agents throughout the home sale process.
A Reassignment Agent provides sellers the information they need to transfer their solar agreement and answers all potential buyer s questions and concerns.
They generate the Transfer Agreement, collect digital signatures, and confirm the validity of the document when the home sale closes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of internal and external inquiries via phone, email and WebForm requests.
  • Manage project load and responsibilities simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent customer service, often in difficult or challenging circumstances.
  • Communicate continually with all necessary parties to facilitate the contract transfer within the timelines of the home sale or other transaction.
  • Demonstrate your understanding of contract terms and simplify contract language and solar basics with integrity and in a way that an assuming party would understand.
  • Independently draft, review, and send contracts and/or associated documents in compliance with Tesla policies.
  • Exercise a high degree of discretion and independent judgment to evaluate each reassignment and determine how to best manage ensuring no loss to Tesla.
  • Follow process and protocols as outlined and directed by leadership.
  • Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree preferred.
    • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
    • Experience in real estate and/or mortgage industry preferred.
    • Evidence of exceptional ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
    • Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
