Pay Rate - $34/hr This employer requires all employees, temporary labor, consultants, and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Remote position.Job DescriptionSuccessfully manage a high number of requisitions on a weekly basis and fill positions with quality candidates in a timely mannerCreatively identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to the internal Applicant Tracking System, internet sources, professional associations, and internal and external job fairsPrequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview processManage candidate activity through the applicant tracking system and/or resume databaseMaintain metrics related to the recruitment functionLeverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships to support the business demands effectivelyThe position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic travel both CONUS & OCONUSDevelop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demandsSource, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire opportunitiesDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirementsMeet with hiring managers to discuss staffing needsInterview prospective employees for positions by advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairsRefer applicants to particular job openings, coordinates pre-employment screening activitiesUnder general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their fieldDisplays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skillsAbility to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networkRequired Education and ExperienceMinimum 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems strongly desiredProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with easeInternet recruiting skills and experienceRequired SkillsHigh-volume staffing experience requiredWork experience in a challenging, government contracting environmentAbility to interact with all levels of the organization to successfully manage customer relationshipsStrong business acumen, follow-through and attention to detailExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
