Recruitment Coordinator Description:Responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees. Coordinate interview schedules with Talent Acquisition Lead. Assist with any administrative follow up needed with past, present, and future candidates.ResponsibilitiesSupport interview selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.Craft and send recruiting emailsScheduling applicant interviews and setup calendar invitesFollow up on any backgrounds or drug screening delays or concernsReport any issues or concerns that requires TA Leads attentionComplete Daily Recruiting TrackerIdentify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniquesSource and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needsMaintain candidate databases on SuccessFactorsAttend and support Hiring EventsCommunicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesOther duties as assigned to support business needsQualification/SkillsSolid verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAdaptable to evolving environmentMicrosoft Office Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Effective time-management abilitiesPreferred SkillsWorking knowledge of HR recruiting processHands-on experience with sourcing techniquesFamiliarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
