JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will organize and post job requisitions into our applicant tracking system; post to external job websites as requested by the recruiter. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining candidate information using the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, making travel arrangements as necessary, scheduling candidate feedback sessions and processing invoices. T

Required (Basic) Experience & Education:

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role within a business environment. Preferably in a staffing or human resources administrative support role. Exceptional customer service skills.
Must have interview scheduling experience.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and outstanding administrative organizational skills.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are critical success factors.
Direct experience in using a Hiring Management/Applicant Tracking System or an HRIS is preferred.
Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects given short lead times.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality, pay extreme attention to detail. Work well under pressure/deadlines while demonstrating a positive rapport.
Must be results oriented individual who is able to deal with ambiguity.

Required Competencies & Other Skills:
Customer Focus Communication skills both verbal and written
Flexible Manage multiple, competing priorities
Ability to manage stress, volume work, and fast paced environment
Results oriented Quality conscious and attention to detail

Preferred Experience & Education:
Prior experience in a recruitment function highly desired. Associates or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or related field highly desired.
