Job Duties · Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and company rules and regulations. · Must be able to interpret drawings, schematics and be able to use tools as required. · Maintain entire ammonia system including valve gangs, evaporators, vessels, and compressors. · Maintain and monitor plant boiler systems. · Maintain and monitor plant HVAC systems. · Observe and record temperatures and pressures as required. · Observe and maintain air compressors. · Maintain plant freshwater and make up water systems. · Collaborate with PSM coordinator to review written Process Safety Manual (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RPM) programs · Interface with CMMS system for PM completion and entering and completing work orders. Requirements · Minimum 12 months experience maintaining and troubleshooting ammonia refrigeration systems · PLC Troubleshooting skills. · Electrical controls, wiring, instrumentation & Troubleshooting skills · Pipe Fitting/Plumbing skills · Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining Pneumatic systems · Possess good communication skills (both written and orally). · Must be able to work weekends and overtime and take on call coverage. #ZR
