Region Manager Northwest Apply
<ul> <li>Oversee the performance of multiple 10-14 Area Managers and up to 150 stores within the region</li> <li>Champion company initiatives to support the Vision 2020 Company strategy and to deliver a high-performance, customer-centric culture Set performance goals tailored to each Area (teammates, Boss experience and retention and company financial targets)</li> <li>Oversee and influence Area Manager (AM) decisions and business plans Build talent pipelines for future Area and Region Managers by fostering development opportunities for current Store and Area Managers</li> <li>Ensure teammates adhere to company compliance goals (score card/dashboard)</li> <li>Manage P&L for the Region in partnership with Region Finance Leader</li> <li>Foster company-wide culture of safety to raise awareness and ultimately reduce teammate risk, claims and cost (shared with Division head)</li> <li>Nurture customer-centric vision (Field /Operations) and communicate our promise to deliver best-in-class customer experience (Marketing)</li> <li>Partner with other region and Store Support Center staff as needed to lead and manage needs of the region (Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, etc.)</li> </ul>
