Powerstride Battery is a growing battery distributon company accepting applications for a Regional Sales / Operations Manager to direct sales and operations in our Northern California warehouse which is located in Hayward, CA. This position will direct, oversee and motivate an employee team to increase sales and offer superior customer service. This person must be a self-motivated, intentional, hands-on manager who can work alongside other employees, can will work well in al team environment, and empower the team to reach new sales levels.
Two to three years of outside sales experience and two to three years of warehouse operations experience is necessary. Previous experience directing, motivating and leading a team of employees would be helpful. This position also requires a clean DMV even though you will be driving a company vehicle.
