Assessment and regular reassessment of needs of the client throughout the course of care. Develop, implement, review and revision of the nursing care plan Observation of physical and emotional signs, symptoms and reporting to the physician of all reactions to treatments. Teaching, supervising and counseling of the client and family regarding the care needs and related problems of the client at home. Supervision and teaching of other service personnel. Preparation of Progress notes, summary reports, discharge summaries, and other documentations. This service is need immediately please apply.
