Description:
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for reviewing the design of the organization strategy and data model for Salesforce implementations. You will manage technical solutions in place for identity and access, oversee data and process integrations, and review design solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs. You'll also provide feedback on the optimal solution for a business, recommending clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the business use case. As a highly experienced problem solver, you are often the final escalation point for any production issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist our business to shape their architectural vision and roadmap.
Create Proof of Concepts and Technical solutioning session with our business to help them understand the proposed solution. Drive solution meetings with our internal business partners.
Understands user stories and can provide accurate work estimates and can explain dependencies to our technical delivery teams.
Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features and product roadmaps.
Works closely with stakeholders to align the Strategic Roadmap and goals, requirements and details on levers of value creation.
Has the ability to balance technical acumen, business process acumen and requirements understanding to achieve the best business outcome.
Works hand in hand with scrum team to understand the overall health of the product (progression of features, key milestones, track targeted timeline, mitigate risks, etc.).
Engaged in product delivery releases - Approves release (UAT, pipeline approvals, Prod validation, etc.).
Interfaces regularly with stakeholders, end users, business analysts, program and portfolio teams.
