The Centralized Regulatory Reporting (CRR) team is part of the CFO-Global Financial Control organization. Our purpose is to drive high quality regulatory reports through operationally efficient control processes and system solutions to support the production of various regulatory reports as required by the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC and other regulators. CRR is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Senior Financial Analyst position seeking to expand their knowledge and expertise.    This position is responsible for the delivery of CRR's Business Requirements and functional design, as well as coordinating UAT, Pre-Prod validation and operational readiness activities across the CRR reporting teams. The Program is large in scale and impacts approximately 100 reporting analysts across CLT and India. It is a significant role requiring the ability to influence and collaborate with senior members of IT, Data Management, Production Services Team and Reporting Teams in order to ensure Program delivers project scope and stated benefits within the committed timelines.   Responsibilities The successful candidate will join a dynamic environment that offers numerous opportunities to learn, grow, impact and drive changes for the Company. In particular, the candidate will: oversee all components of the delivery which includes: i) the strategic sourcing (by product stream) of transaction data sets, counterparty data and reference data from Authorized Data Sources (ADS) in order to improve the accuracy of CRR's reporting process deliver Strategic Data Store (CFARRI) which will be utilized to source/ store and transform data sets and their respective attributes into a set of normalized CRR reporting attributes required to meet regulatory instructions,  deploy the required Axiom reporting logic to meet the regulatory requirements of high-risk US regulatory reports deliver required Axiom capabilities needed to achieve CRR's Target Operating Model and in ensure team is operational ready to stand up controls and business process. Able to align Program objectives with Operational Excellence and enterprise data quality remediation management able to collaborate across regions to ensure consistency with respect to business process, governance and control able to drive efforts more broadly across CRR to identify opportunities to reduce operational risk, simplify processes, drive operational efficiencies and transform organization by leveraging process re-engineering and emerging technology tools. Has the ability to quickly assess, break down business processes and propose solutions to enhance control environment and deliver process improvement.   Required Skills: 5-7 years of accounting related experience Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience Strong understanding of balance sheet, income statement and banking products Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge Results driven with ability to work independently to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written, including well-developed presentation skills Ability to collaborate with teammates and business partners Ability to proactively identify problems and develop solutions Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills   Desired Skills: CPA Familiarity with SAP general ledger Familiarity with bank regulatory reporting requirements Familiarity with researching financial reporting/ accounting technical requirements Experience using Axiom is a plus
