Our client. is seeking an Active Directory Engineer to join the Identity Services team. This role provides support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory (AD). The candidate will apply their experience in Active Directory to support systems infrastructure, including analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, upgrades and day-to-day operations. As a Directory Services Engineer within our corporate Identity Services department, you will be working with our Active Directory Engineering team to support and modernize our global directory architecture. You will work with SMEs and other engineers; provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. Experience with migrations within multi-site, multi-domain environments is a plus. Job is open to remote workers.

Skills

• 6+ experience with Active Directory system administration in a mid to large organization environment (AD DS, DNS, etc.). 
• 1 or more years of experience with Azure and Azure Active Directory. 
• Strong design and support experience in Identity Management, Access Management, and Active Directory technologies. 
• Experience supporting migrations between sites and/or domains 
• Advanced scripting skills within PowerShell, batch scripting, or similar scripting language. 
• Experience supporting complex Active Directory Group Policies applied to multi-layered OUs in an Enterprise environment. 
• Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services 
• Experience troubleshooting issues relating to AD DS (replication, authentication issues, etc.). 
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively work in a team environment among resources with a varying degree of technical competencies. 
• Ability to identify and learn new technologies quickly. 
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or an Engineering discipline. 
• Experience with Visio to create workflows, architecture drawings, etc. 
• Knowledge of Splunk (search syntax, reports, alerts, dashboards) 
• Microsoft certification 
• Experience with ServiceNow 
• Experience troubleshooting at the network level via Wireshark/Netsh/TCPDump. 
• Knowledge of compliance regulations including, but not limited to, CMMC, DFARS, etc.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or an Engineering discipline
