Ease link between experts to ensure efficient and robustness of development. Work in compliance with D&D budget.Overall responsibilities will be: Lead internal platform and innovation development for Display Product Line Interact with internal experts, manufacturing and suppliers to deliver state of the art solution that will address global market needs. Ensure that innovation will be ready on time to be used for RFQ as well as programs start of development Track project timing and budget Management of Single list of issues Supplier management with the support of Experts Support preparation of demonstrators for global tradeshows such as CES and international automotive show Support customer relationships and collaboration in the scope of engineering display activities Support defining technology trends and technical roadmapIDEAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ideal profile is an experimented Project Leader with experience from design to industrialization of automotive display technologies (System, Hardware, Software, Mechanics, Optics, Optical bonding) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an ideal 5 years' experience in Displays product design & development including a minimum of 3 years spent in the automotive industry. Experience in automotive electronics product development Strong knowledge in Displays development and Integration. Strong leadership & managerial skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility in working hours to work with a global team
