JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Reporting and Governance Manager role requires coordination across various enterprise-level teams in order to drive complete & accurate testing of regulatory submissions. This coordination requires communication of project status, deliverables, issues, and risks to multiple levels of leadership.   The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize deliverables to meet multiple deadlines. The candidate should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to translate expectations for deliverables across a wide audience, including workstream stakeholders at multiple levels within the Company. The candidate will have experience drafting communications and presentation materials intended for leadership and senior executive audiences.   The ideal employee will possess strong institutional knowledge, relationships building skills, experience in process design and improvement, and time management skills. The individual should be a self-starter with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships, deal constructively with conflict, problem solve / troubleshoot issues for themselves and others, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment that involves multiple and simultaneous deliverables.   Required Skills: Strong organizational, planning, communication (written and oral), and presentation skills with attention to detail Excellent project management skills Self-starter with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships, deal constructively with conflict, problem solve / troubleshoot issues for themselves and others, and adapt to a fast-paced environment involving multiple and simultaneous deliverables Advanced Microsoft skills, including Excel and PowerPoint Critical thinker, strategic mindset, high energy and intellectually curious Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities  Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work across functions and organizational lines/levels Desired Skills: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt easily to a changing environment and expectations Experience working in either an Audit / Risk / Compliance type function with specialization in US Regulatory Reporting or directly in Regulatory Reporting preparation or data supplier Financial Services or similarly regulated sector Education to Bachelor Degree level as a minimum. Advanced degree strongly preferred Strong background / ability in documentation Excellent communication and strong analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment, focus on high quality execution and leading efforts
