Overview Are you looking for competitive pay in a fast-paced environment along with the opportunity to grow within a great company?       As a Retail Sales Associate, you are a key contributor in Client's overall consumer strategy to grow, delight and retain our customers. Our goal is to grow revenue and achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service. You will handle customers that walk-in to our Retail stores as well as handle inbound customer calls when no customers are in the office.   NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!!!   A few details on the position:  After the first three weeks of paid training, your scheduled shift will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm MST NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!!! As if that wasn't enough, WE'VE GOT MORE!!  Full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, starting on Day 1!  Vacation and Sick time starts accruing on first day Associate discounts on Client Services Our client delivers high-speed internet, TV entertainment, and phone services to more than 1,000 rural, suburban, and metropolitan communities across the U.S. With 1.2 million connections, Client is a rapidly growing technology company. Powered by fiber-optics and new industry-leading technologies, Client delivers up to 2 Gigabit internet speeds and offers internet-protocol based TV entertainment solutions along with traditional phone services. Responsibilities A little more information about what you will be doing in this role... Deliver sales results through providing exceptional customer service: exceed or meet monthly sales goals of strategic products such as but not limited to, Voice, High Speed Data, TV and Internet Content Product offerings. Moves/Adds/Changes/Inquiries: Delight and retain existing customer base by consistently providing exceptional customer service on all billing inquiries, seasonal service requests, toll inquiries, and other miscellaneous inquiries. You will consult with customers on these service calls to identify customer technology needs and offer Client product solutions they may not currently have and/or offer at a better value. Follow cash management procedures to assure accuracy in all cash and payment handling from customer to deposit Keep current with promotions, products and technology necessary to exceeding or meeting sales goals. Regular attendance and promptness for work are essential functions of this position because absenteeism and tardiness significantly impact the ability of the company and coworkers to meet our customers' needs. Qualifications   Required Qualifications  1+ years' experience in a sales or customer service role. 2+ years computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite (includes applications like Outlook, Word and Excel). Must follow the Client attendance guidelines in order to meet Client's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Other Qualifications  6+ months experience in a fast paced environment managing multiple tasks 6+ months experience working with detailed data Ability to meet or exceed sales goals Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured, contact center environment Understanding of the telecommunication industry Understanding of telecommunication products and services Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening) Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, competitive issues) Successful completion of classroom training will be required Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment Able to Work Overtime with Advance Notice Willing and able to travel based on the needs of the business Benefits As a part of your total compensation, #Client provides a comprehensive, competitive benefit package.
