One of our clients in Gwillimbury is looking for a Robotic Technician for their facility.
Shifts -Night shift Roles and Responsibilities Perform all maintenance and repair work in either plant or grounds.
Ensure all weld quality specifications are met by continuously monitoring the weld processes on the equipment assigned.
Troubleshoot all aspects of the weld process as required.
Maintain up to date documentation of all equipment.
Solve maintenance related problems with minimum interruption to production.
Actively participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and down time reduction process.
Assist in training all new robotic technicians Qualifications -- Completion of post-secondary education in welding and/or a robotics related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Robotic Technician.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and tools.
Experience with mechanical systems.
Experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
