Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of experience in development, technical leadership and solutioning • 3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere platform preferred) • Experience automating across different environments like SAP, QlikView, Salesforce, Web application, Microsoft Office/Office 365 and Teams, etc. and have exposure with developing high availability and scalable bot environments in a multi-bot architecture • Experience with IQ and Discovery Bot • Experience leading a development team • Experience with Windows OS, Database setup • Experience with programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net • Good understanding of RPA methodologies, standards and practices • Good understanding of Process Design and Technical Design documents within the automation space • Capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Analytical and problem solving skills • Good understanding of Agile development methodology and practices • Excellent communication skills • Estimation and project management skills – ability to deliver on time Nice to have: • Automation Anywhere certifications • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate • Experience working with global teams

Responsibilities:
The RPA Tech Lead role will lead the technical implementation for our new Robotic Process Automation program, work with the Development team to deliver accurate, secure and compliant bots that meet the business teams’ expectations and are built on a maintainable and reusable framework. RPA Architecture and design (30%): • Work with RPA Business Analyst and Business teams as needed to review process automation feasibility • Review requirements documentation and prepare detailed technical design per process • Review and update overall RPA architecture, roles and permissions design. • Review the RPA framework and adjust as needed to accommodate for additional functional requirements and efficient reusability of bots. • Guide development team on sharable tool bot design Code review and development support (20%): • Work with the development team to review their work and confirm adherence to framework, as well as security and compliance. • Assist with code reviews, testing and configuration Configuration, setup and governance (15%): • Work with IT Operation team on VM setup. • Work with Network team on getting access approved and set up • Work with Security team to review new integration and confirm all documentation needed is complete and secure procedures are followed • Update Control Room configuration with needed roles, permissions settings and user accounts. • Create deployment process and governance, code repository management, audit and security compliance Operational support (15%): • Monitor bots and investigate errors. • Work with Development team on enhancements and improvements • Work with RPA team on updating Jira stories, assessing development capacity and supporting work prioritization Bot Development (15%): Bot development as needed for overflow tasks and resource backup Capacity and roadmap planning (5%): Regularly review current bot processes to assess capacity needs for future growth.
