Job Description
- The SAP Utilities Technical Lead is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of SAP Utilities engagements.
- This individual provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client relationships.
- The Project Manager will also be heavily involved in business case development & performance measurement.
- This is a hands-on consulting delivery role. This is not account management or business development role.
- Preferred Candidates should have management consulting experience with Utilities clients on SAP engagements & have the PMI Certification.
Key Skills expected
- Deep understanding and experience with the SAP Utilities Industry Solution (IS-U)
- Deep understanding of Customer Service processes in the Utilities Industry
- Experience with the SAP CCS solution in a Utilities environment.
- Work Design, GIS, Mobile Workforce Management
- Mobile Workforce Management (Crew Scheduling; Dispatch; Mobile Data Collection)
- Project Systems (Large Capital Projects)
