Description:

Remote in US and may require to travel to Client location on need basis
Broad knowledge of the entire SAP HCM and SuccessFactors suite is required.
• Certified in SAP HCM. Additional certification in SAP HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors modules especially Payroll is desirable
• Experience of minimum 1 project related to migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA On Premise/On Cloud for SAP HCM Component
• English speaking. Second language desirable.
• Proven Team leadership, excellent Communication skills
• Mobility should not be a constraint
• Overall experience of 12 years and above in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• 2-5 years of work experience in US Payroll implementation. Additional Knowledge in one or more of these areas: general HR, US Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management
• Responsibility includes configuration for payroll preparation, processing, payroll tax reconciliation, reporting, Audits and payroll systems maintenance.
• Responsible for configuration of flow of payroll postings to the general ledger.
• Ensure the accuracy of approved field reported time and other payroll inputs via multiple systems/interfaces
• Support all facets of the daily operations of the entire payroll cycle.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions for systemic issues that relate to the payroll and the time & leave entry processes.
• Test system changes, enhancements, and upgrades related to payroll.
• Design test procedures, define test scenarios, and perform tests to resolve problems or improve process controls
• Experience in leading and managing team of consultants across SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM projects including implementation and support customers.
• Manage customer relationships'
