1. Direct SAP FI/CO integration and Business Partner integration
2. SAP RE-FX to allow valuation of different objects in one contract with different conditions
3. Enable management of all contracts related to your real estate portfolio
? Real estate contracts of the lease-in category
? Real estate contracts of the lease-out category
? General customer contracts (such as service contracts with tenant)
? General vendor contracts (such as maintenance contracts with service provider)
4. Ensure that the management of real estate are integrated in the component:
? Asset management postings and reports
? Real estate controlling (cost planning/intercompany activity assignment/cost settlement)
5. Enable reporting as required by GASB87
6. Not seeking AP/AR functionality to be delivered with the SAP RE-FX module activation. Existing SAP AP functionality will continue to be used.
