SAP Test Lead

Senior QA/Test Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Testing/QA/QE field with a passion for quality and a demonstrated track record of continuously improving

Must

1. Must have played QA role in one of more SAP implementations/Releases
2. Have Functional Knowledge of at least one of SAP module - Finance to Manage (FTM), Materials Management (MM), Maintain to Settle (MTS)
3. Have automation hands on Experience
4. Good to have been involved in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA Migration
5. A proven history of successfully coordinating and executing all aspects of testing efforts from project inception to post launch on medium to large sized projects
6. A strong passion for quality, an unrelenting attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
7. Experience executing Functional, Non-Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End to End testing
8. Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions
10. Understanding of risk management and a knack for recognizing and anticipating things that would eventually turn into problems (problem avoidance vs reactiveness)
11. Deep understanding of how to leverage automation in testing efforts and the ability to identify tests that would be optimal candidates for automation
