Senior Teradata Consultant with SQL and PL/SQL - (100% REMOTE) - Long Term - TCS / CISCO Position: Senior Teradata Consultant Location : 100% Remote Client : TCS /Network Based (MNC) Duration : - 12+ months (Long Term) Experience required: 9+ Years Note: Work Authorization - All VISA's acceptable (Except H1 transfer, CPT & OPT) Job Description: The role holder is responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams The Data Engineer will support our data warehouse developers, enterprise architects, and data analysts on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture. TOP SKILLS: Should have been worked in TERADATA Strong experience in SQL server Should be strong in PL/SQL Key Responsibilities: Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and workload planning skills Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities as well as exceptional customer service orientation Experience in strategic planning processes, especially in translating business needs to IT solutions Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through implementation and ongoing support The candidate should be able to : Assist the team with technical direction for the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of DW solutions and solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas Technical Experience: • Good Experience in scripting preferably Python • Very strong in Teradata programming and optimization techniques • Hands-on experience in Stored Procedures, Teradata utilities like TPT Export TPT Load fast load, Teradata, and Informatica ETL, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, any cloud services • Strong Data warehouse and ETL Datastage concepts • Strong Experience in TERA DATA, SQL & PL/SQL • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field Client Skill matrix: Skills Amount of Experience Teradata SQL PL/SQL
