JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of direct resident care services.
Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary client care team.
Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient situations.
Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota.
Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains current professional clinical competency related areas of responsibilities.
Certificate must be maintained according to American Heart Association Standards.
Attends all mandatory departmental meetings and in-services.

Maintains clinical competency in specific area of employment.
Maintains a level of physical and mental health required to meet the needs of the position.
