Role- SDET Lead/QE Architect. Duration – Full time with Client Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled SDET Lead/QE Architect who will be responsible for Automation Architect role. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed. Responsibilities: • Create automation roadmap, strategy accomplish/achieve highest automation.  • Experience in Architecting, Solutioning, Driving and Leading the large-scale automation solutions for a Retail Digital and Pharmacy or similar area.  • Extensive knowledge and experience in building the automation frameworks (ex: .net, java, js etc.,) or mix of such frameworks.  • Very good hands-on coding and debugging experience. • Build automation for various application requirements (UI, API, DB, Backend Jobs etc.,).  • Build strategy and solution for test data automation. Required Skills/Qualifications: • Expertise in Selenium, Java, Microservices, Cucumber, Postman, Java/JS, SQL/No SQL, Night Watch/Cypress/Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JIRA, ADO, Postman, Microservices, Agile, Retail, Digital Omnichannel Ecommerce, Various type of Testing • Experience as a Quality Engineering/SDET lead with hands on test automation and Onsite PM/Lead skills.  • Experience with Java/JS SDET, design, code, debug, test, deploy and maintain unit, functional, regression and end to end testing.  • Coach scrum teams on TDD Help scrum teams move to DevOps for CI/CD Help using virtualization environments for testing services  • Establish best practices and ensure its adoption Understand the processes and constraints due to the co-existence of waterfall & agile methodologies and help scrum teams automate their development, testing & deployment  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodology & DevOps    Preferred Skills/Qualification: • Domain Skills: Retail, Pharmacy, Store Operations, InStore Prod &Workforce Mgmt  • Hands on test automation and Onsite PM/Lead skills. Experience with Java/JS SDET, design, code, debug, test, deploy and maintain unit, functional, regression and end to end testing.  • Experience with manual testing experience (functional, regression SIT, system, end to end) Excellent communication, analytical and stake holder management skills.
