About the Job
We are seeking an SEO & Web designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for improving the search engine visibility of our website and managing the overall design and functionality of our web presence. The candidate is an expert who can manage all search engine optimization and related strategies, and marketing activities. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving abilities.
This is a non-voice role hence, we require candidates to have excellent speaking, written, and reading skills.
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns mainly on Google and search engines like Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaigns and expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Optimize website content, including images, videos, and text, for search engines and user experience for search engine marketing.
- Design, and create attractive and user-friendly websites according to current trends, and organization specifications.
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Manage website design and development projects, including website updates, redesigns, and maintenance.
- Ensure website design and functionality are optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, web design, and digital marketing.
- Perform basic keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Perform a competitor keyword search, industry relevance checks, expansion, and optimization techniques.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Develop and implement link-building strategy.
- Work with the CEO, Executive Assistant, and development team (if applicable) to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codes and approved keywords.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams and related projects to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and web design.
- Proven SEO experience of at least 2 years and above (Human Resource and Manufacturing Industry)
- Working knowledge of CMS like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Bigcommerce, etc.
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools and Google Tag management system (Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field (nice to have but not required)
- Experience in implementing and using GTM, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Advertising, and Linkedin Advertising.
- Experience in keyword research with Google keyword planner, Google Trends, and Google AdWords.
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Typing speed 40 words per minute.
- High-Speed Internet Connection 30mbps up
- In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200U to AMD Ryzen 5 3500U or AMD Ryzen, 16GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is a graduate of IT and or an experienced employee (two years above of work experience).
- At least two (2) years of related work experience.
- Familiarity in the Human resource and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
