Starting base salary: $60-90K++
Summary
Driving company's sales through identifying new sales opportunities, markets, and maintains existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Maintains fluency in retail store display fixture market through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with strong coordination with the Design and Estimating teams to manage client accounts.
- Drives improvements with the Production and Logistics teams, with cost structure.
- Extensive experience and understanding of retail store display market.
- Builds strong relationships from initial contact through close of sales.
- Strong leadership mindset and takes ownership of sales.
- Meets profit goals and maximizes customer retention.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
Requirements
- Coming from a background in Custom Millwork and/or Cabinetry MFG.
- Experience handling large-scale sales contracts, and strong track record.
- Has extensive active contacts in the industry - preferably with a book of business to plug in.
- Has extensive active contacts in the industry - preferably with a book of business to plug in.
- Degree in Business or related field with at least 3 years of Retail Store Display Fixtures or related industry experience.
